fTrade Agreements Act (TAA Compliance) & BAA Compliance JobsDue to the growing demand across the United States, Watson & Associates, LLC is currently seeking experienced attorneys of counsel with expertise in TAA Compliance (Trade Agreements Act) and Buy American Act (BAA) Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled lawyers located anywhere across the United States who specialize in government contracts and international trade law.

Responsibilities:
– Advise and counsel clients on TAA Compliance and BAA Compliance matters related to government contracts and international trade.
– Conduct legal research, analyze relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
– Assist clients in drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with TAA and BAA regulations.
– Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and administrative proceedings related to TAA and BAA Compliance.
– Stay updated on changes in TAA and BAA regulations and provide proactive advice to clients.

Requirements:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in government contracts and international trade law, with a focus on TAA Compliance and BAA Compliance.
– Strong knowledge of TAA regulations, BAA requirements, and related laws such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
– Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
