Hannah Paille is a paralegal at Watson & Associates, LLC. As a law school graduate, she plays a critical role from the beginning of client matters all the way until closeout.

Finding the proper legal authority to support our client’s bottom line is a very important aspect of providing legal services and litigation. 

Mrs. Paille is instrumental in providing top-level legal research and document preparations for court hearings and other essential events in client matters.

Legal Research and Presentations

Mrs. Paille currently assists firm attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and client presentations. A substantial part of this consists of conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to the client’s case. This includes researching the facts of the case as well as identifying the appropriate laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to the case. She gathers and analyzes information, prepares a written report that the attorney may use to determine how the case should be handled. 

Drafting Legal Documents

A large part of Mrs. Paille’s efforts is spent drafting legal documents. This includes drafting correspondence and court pleadings, such as complaints, subpoenas, interrogatories, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and legal briefs with various parties.
