Darryl Goodwin Government Contracts Consultant

Darryl Goodwin provides insight and 30 years of government contracting experience to Watson & Associates, LLC. As a former government contracting officer, he provides guidance of DOD contractors nationwide on the critical issues that deter compliance and adverse actions. As a firm’s internal consultant, he focuses on the non-legal issues pertaining Davis Bacon and Service Contracting Act invoicing issues. As part of our bid protest and claims team he provides internal guidance to staff members and clients pertaining to compliance, FAR clauses, contract terminations and GSA Schedules.

Mr. Goodwin also facilitates the firm’s proposal writing consulting efforts. He conducts on-site proposal management assignments and advises on FAR clauses included in the Solicitation. As a member of source selection and contracting procurement for the Us Army, Navy, Air Force and GSA, he is well-versed on federal procurement and contract management initiatives.

As a government contracts consultant, Mr. Goodwin shares is experiences a level III warranted contracting officer to help business executives to make important procurement decisions and advising as to how decisions could impact current business goals.

Mr. Goodwin is also experienced with federal agencies including the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and compliance. Government contracting J & A, request for equitable adjustments, government construction, modifications and option year contracts.
